Our transportation services are provided according to the policy of road traffic and transport safety, with respect to all the requirements applicable to an international transport service provider.

We operate according to the CMR convention and are a holder of a ISO 9001:2008 certificate and a GMP+ Certificate. We are proud to use only our own vehicle fleet. The description of our fleet and detailed vehicle specifications can be found in the „Fleet” tab.

Safety first. Our staff includes qualified specialists in the field of transport and logistics, as well as licensed driving technique and economy instructors (PROFI DRIVE). Continuous training of our drivers, especially in road safety, is our paramount priority. The optimal use of material and intellectual resources also improves the quality of our everyday business.

We have our own technical facilities and an authorised vehicle service station. Experienced specialists in the field of vehicle mechanics oversee our fleet. It is their knowledge, experience and care for the highest quality of vehicle parts which guarantee ideal technical condition of our vehicles.

Respecting the trust of our customers, we cover their with an OCP insurance in the amount of 600,000 EUR (which may be increased on request) and secure according to the current regulations.

Transport Service Complaint.

Complaints are an opportunity for us to improve our business and increase our customer satisfaction levels. We know that sometimes unforeseen situations can occur that affect the course of transport or the quality of the service provided. Therefore, we encourage complaints in the event of:

1. Delayed delivery: if a consignment has not arrived by the agreed date, please report the situation with your order number.
   

2. Damage to the consignment: if the goods are found to be damaged in transit, please make a complaint and enclose photographs or documentation.
   

3. Inappropriate service: if you have encountered inappropriate behaviour from our staff, please describe the situation so that we can implement appropriate corrective action.

in the event of domestic road transport service: Act – Transport Law (consolidated text of 30 August 2012 announced in the Journal of Laws of 2012, item 1173 as amended)

in the event of an international road haulage service: Convention on the Contract for the International Carriage of Goods by Road (CMR) (Journal of Laws of 1962, No. 49, item 238 as amended)
